Ingredients

  • 120 gr Naturally sweetened yogurt if vegan use coconut yogurt
  • to taste Blueberries
  • as needed Granola or homemade
  • a pinch Blue spirulina optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the two (or 3) ingredients, pour into the popsicles mold, place some granola on the bottom of the popsicle and close.

  2. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

    NOTE: these doses make 3 popsicles.
