if vegan use coconut yogurt
to taste
Blueberries

needed
Granola
or homemade

Blue spirulina

Instructions
Combine the two (or 3) ingredients, pour into the
popsicles mold
,
place some granola on the bottom of the popsicle
and close.
Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
NOTE: these doses make 3 popsicles.
