SUPER SOFT Milk Buns With Chocolate Chips

You'll need: Bread flour  Brown sugar  Salt Dry yeast  Warm milk Milk powder Half Beaten egg  Unsalted butter Chocolate chips

Make the water roux

Combine flour, sugar, salt then add dry yeast and warm milk.

Add half of the egg, powdered milk, cooled-down water roux, and incorporate. 

Add butter and chocolate chips, then knead 

Place the dough into a slightly greased bowl, then cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.

Divide it into 10 equal pieces and roll them into balls. Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg wash and bake

Store into an airtight container for max 1 day or freeze immediately after cooled
