GRILLED TURKEY BURGERS
These burgers are healthy, flavorful and moist: would you tell they only have 4 ingredients? Turkey, mustard, breadcrumbs and onion! No egg needed!

Ingredients
400 gr
Turkey mince
(Approximately 14 ounces)
One tablespoon
Dijon mustard
20 gr
Breadcrumbs
35 gr
Minced onion
Salt
For the caramelized onions:
450 gr
Yellow onion
(Approximately 16 ounces)
A drizzle
Olive oil
Salt
Balsamic vinegar
To finish:
Lettuce
Tomato
Homemade burger buns
Sliced low moisture mozzarella
optional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine turkey mince, Dijon mustard, minced onion, salt and mix with your hands.
If it seems too soft add breadcrumbs.
In the meantime, heat up a grill pan at medium high heat.
Form 4 patties.
When hot, place the patties on the grill pan and cook at medium heat.
Cook about 5 minutes per side or until lightly charred on the outside and cooked.

Assemble:
