Add chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a jar. Close and shake, let chill overnight in the fridge.
The following day: add the orange zest to the pudding then divide it in two.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder to one part and stir.
For the orange purée:
Peel the oranges, add them to a pan and combine them with vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Bring them to a boil at medium heat (pay attention not to burn them), and cook for 10/15 minutes. Blend with a food processor until you get a purée.N.B: you can also make a raw version of this purée.
Put together the orange chocolate chia pudding:
Layer the chocolate chia pudding, to the orange purée, the orange chia pudding.
