Ingredients
a tablespoonPumpkin puree
Cinnamon powderto taste
Nutmeg powderto taste
2littleCloves
1teaspoonVanilla extract (optional)
200grMilk or soy milk
one shot Espresso coffee(about 50 gr)
Muscovado sugar (optional)
Instructions
In a small pot pour your pumpkin purée (I make mine at home) and the spices (and vanilla extract if you want). Stir then turn on the heat (medium-low).
Gradually add the milk to the pot, then the coffee.
When hot, let simmer for about a minute.
Remove the cloves and sweeten to taste (optional. I use muscovado or coconut sugar).
If you have a milk frother, froth your milk and top your PSL with it.DONE!
