to tasteSugar(I never put sugar into my coffee!)
Instructions
My version of vegan bulletproof coffee is extremely easy.
You only need to make some high quality espresso coffee (preferably with a moka pot, but when I don't have time I use a coffee machine).
Add one teaspoon of coconut oil (melted or not, doesn't make any difference), then use a small food processor or a milk frother (I use this, not sponsored) to blend it and make it frothy.
To make a summer version of it: follow steps 1 and 2, add some ice cubes and, if you want, also some frothy soy milk.
