Matcha hot chocolate on stick
half a teaspoon
Matcha powder
50 gr
Organic white chocolate
Cardamom chili hot chocolate on stick
1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder
one small
Chili pepper (or more, depends on your taste)
50 gr
Organic dark chocolate
Cheesecake hot chocolate on stick
1 teaspoon
Raspberry jam
50 gr
Organic white chocolate
+ one piece of chocolate to "glue" the sticks
Plus, you will need:
Wooden sticks
To make the hot chocolate:
Milk or plant milk
Instructions
To prepare the matcha hot chocolate on stick
Cut white chocolate into small bits (this is REALLY important if you don't want to make a mess).
Divide your white chocolate in half. Add matcha powder to one half.
Let this half melt over a double boiler, at low heat, until melted (as soon as it melts, turn off the heat).
Pour it into a mold of your choice.
Immediately melt the other half, as mentioned above. Pour it onto the matcha white chocolate.
To release any bubbles that may have developed, gently tap the mold on a work surface. Let get firm.
To prepare the cardamom chili hot chocolate on stick
Cut dark chocolate into chunks.
Add cardamom powder and chili, then let it melt over a double boiler, at low heat, until melted.
Pour it into the mold, then gently tap to remove bubbles. Let get firm.
To prepare the cheesecake hot chocolate on stick
Cut white chocolate into small bits (important, remember?)
Let it melt over a double boiler, at low heat, until melted. As soon as it melts, turn off the heat.
Add raspberry jam to the mold, the pour over the melted white chocolate. Let get firm.
To "glue" the sticks:
Melt a small piece of chocolate, then pour a drop on the back of your chocolate snowflakes and press the stick. The melted choc will be your glue.
To prepare the 2-minute hot chocolate:
Bring 300 gr of milk (or plant milk) to a boil. Turn off the heat.
Add one of the sticks and let melt.
Divide in two. Enjoy!
