Pumpkin fudge: 5 ingredients only, a bit of chocolate, the benefits of pumpkin!

Ingredients
150grPumpkin purée
70grAlmond butter
a pinchSalt
25grCoconut flour
40grDark chocolate
Optional: sweetener of your choice
Instructions
Line a 8 x 15 cm (approximately 3 x 6 inches) loaf pan with two pieces of parchment paper: one lengthwise, the other one horizontally.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the dark chocolate. You can choose your sweetener, but feel free to omit it.
The mixture shouldn't be too thick or too liquid. If it's too runny, add more coconut flour.
Press it into the pan and let it set into the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile melt your chocolate, let it cool down a bit then pour it onto the fudge. To make it fancy: sprinkle some sea salt flakes on top.Let it set into the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
Store in the fridge for a couple of days or in the freezer (it lasts longer).
