Extremely easy 4-ingredient coconut balls with raspberries and chocolate: 2 minutes to make, no bake needed, no added sugars.

Unsweetened shredded coconut (+ more for coating)

Fresh ricotta cheese (high quality!)

Raspberries or frozen raspberries
(40 gr)

Dark chocolate chunks
(20 gr) - Want them sweeter? Add more chocolate
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Make balls-shaped bites and roll them in the coconut flakes.
Let them rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (the more, the better)
