A sweet girl even sent me a photo of hers, that she basically made immediately after reading the recipe (ah I'm so happy!).<br>But, even though it's Summer, sometimes we need something richer. Am I right?<br>This <strong>savory tomato galette with caramelized onion and goat cheese<\/strong> will blow your mind with its balanced flavors! It's not difficult to make!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The perfect meal for family gatherings: this tomato galette!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ever happened that you've been invited to some family or friends gatherings and you have absolutely no idea what to make?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe you made do with store-bought pizzette, or just one pizza cut in squares, or maybe you chose to make puff pastry with smoked salmon, cream cheese and herbs (which I LOVE but after a few times it becomes...boring?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I made this savory tomato galette a couple of weeks ago, my boyfriend was working all day long so we couldn\u2019t eat it straight out from the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But I knew this galette, both the crust and the filling, would have been perfect if eaten in the evening.<br>No need to heat up! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, this galette is the perfect dish to bring at family (and friends) gatherings! Just bring with you a pizza cutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S. Of course you can eat it for your lunch or dinner with your partner\/family. Keep reading!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is butter so demonized?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I have to confess: when I made this savory galette, me and my boyfriend split it in two.<br>Yes, two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, if you have already read the recipe and you do the math, that means that I basically ate 100 gr of butter (from the crust).<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">That's a lot.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I told my boyfriend I didn't want to, it was definitely too much. Do not misinterpret: I was not worried to gain weight. It was just a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fact:<\/span> eating too much of \"something\" is never healthy. <br>But we were hungry and we ended up finish it off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, <strong>I'm not saying you should avoid it, neither you should eat 100 gr of butter all at once like we did. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think though that nowadays <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">butter is demonized.<\/span><br>Seems like everyone is scared of it.<br>When has this fear of butter born? HEAVEN!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I'll give you 3 reasons why this fabulous ingredient is good, when eaten in moderation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Butter is rich in important nutrients<\/strong><br>It has fat-soluble vitamins like A, E and K.<br>Also minerals like calcium and phosphorus.<br><\/li><li><strong>You don't need a lot to feel \"satisfied\" and full<\/strong><br>Butter is high in calories and fats. But that's not always a bad thing: you just need a small amount in order to keep your belly satisfied longer.<br><\/li><li><strong>It contains butyric acid<\/strong><br>Butyric acid is a&nbsp;fatty acid which feeds our intestine's cells  and helps reducing inflammation.<br>In moderation, it's good for it!<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, can we stop being scandalized when we find a recipe that involves butter (and yes, also on a healthy food blog like mine)?<br>Remember that <strong>butter is healthier than some other fats, like margarine for example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How much butter is healthy per day? butter into the flour and combine all the ingredients by hand (that&#x27;s what I did).<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">But you can also add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you get a crumbly consistency, then put it on a floured surface and work with your hands until you get a nice dough.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Let the dough chill in the fridge for at least an hour (I left it overnight).<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h5 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">To make the caramelized onion (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kEfJTmf9hDs&amp;t=283s\">follow this video<\/a>):<\/h5><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8677-step-1-0\"
