Every kind of pasta (cannelloni, lasagne, handmade pasta...).<br>Whenever I say  the words <em>'comfort food'<\/em>, I imagine my family gathered. Cause <strong>family<\/strong> is <strong>comfort<\/strong>, right?<br>I'm lucky enough to say that I've got two families: mine and my boyfriend's. And both always feed me with amazing food!<br>But cannelloni remind me of my mom, when years ago she used to make them stuffed with ricotta and spinach or <em>rag\u00f9<\/em>. <em>Mamma mia, <\/em>so good.<br>When I say that this creamy mushroom cannelloni recipe is the perfect comfort food, just believe me. You'll see in the recipe below that I used a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2UgOfdv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"piping bag (si apre in una nuova scheda)\">piping bag<\/a><\/strong> to fill them easily, but if you don't have one use an ordinary plastic bag.<br>So, to stuff them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fold down the sides of the piping bag (or plastic ziplock bag if you don't have one. Buy them though, they're cheap!) and then fill it with the mushroom filling;<\/li><li>Snip the edge of the piping bag about 1 inch from the bottom;<\/li><li>Take the cannelloni shells and squeeze the filling into each of them;<\/li><li>All done!
