Best part? Last night happened the same: I started thinking about how, being a photographer, I get freaking excited when I see beauty in nature. Colors, shapes, textures. And let me say that, in terms of this, Winter is one of the best seasons: just think of clementines, tangerines, Roman cauliflower, red cabbage, blood oranges...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So no wonder <strong>I was inspired by oranges<\/strong> to make this chia pudding: the color was just amazing and won me over completely! <div id=\"attachment_6740\" style=\"width: 730px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6740\" src=\"https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/chocolate-chia-seed-pudding-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate chia pudding with orange pur\u00e9e served with maple syrup \" class=\"wp-image-6740\" srcset=\"https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/chocolate-chia-seed-pudding-1-2.jpg 720w, https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/chocolate-chia-seed-pudding-1-2-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/chocolate-chia-seed-pudding-1-2-683x1024.jpg 683w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6740\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And drizzle some maple syrup on top!<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What's the chia pudding ratio?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you were looking for a specific (in this case chocolate) chia pudding recipe, you probably already know how to make it and all the ratios, but a review never hurt anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So what makes a good and nutritious chia pudding, and what is the \"famous\" ratio (if there's one)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To <strong>make it good,<\/strong> choose the right ingredients: start with seeds and milk, combine and let chill until thick; then add fruit, jam, compote, chocolate and\/or seeds;<\/li><li>The chia pudding <strong>ratio<\/strong>: I don't think there's a \"right\" amount of milk + seeds. To be precise, it depends if you want a <strong>thick<\/strong> pudding or a more liquid one. In the first case, <strong>the longer you let it chill, the best<\/strong>. My advice: buy at least 2 of them in different sizes!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wintery breakfast? Chocolate chia pudding with orange is perfect!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No, you're not experiencing a&nbsp;d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu. Ok, kinda: about ten days ago I mentioned that my chocolate orange granola was the ideal Wintery breakfast because, you know, Vitamin C.<br>That, of course, was a joke because no one in need of Vitamins would eat a granola instead of supplements or veggies.<br>Still, that's one of my favorite breakfasts to have during these gloomy cold (and dark) mornings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This <strong>orange chocolate chia pudding<\/strong> though just walked up on the top step of the podium, not only because it's freaking delicious, but also because it's nutritious, packed with benefits and easy to make.<br>It literally takes 5 minutes to make and it'll \"prepare itself\" overnight!
