SO SO happy!<br>That's why today I'm sharing with you the recipe of this AMAZING (friends approved) <strong>cherry galette with a cardamom crust<\/strong>! In&nbsp;Italian we&nbsp;say that cherries are <em>'una tira l'altra',&nbsp;<\/em>which means they're addictive. <br>They seriously are and I rarely make things with them, because I like them raw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this time, <strong>I wanted to bake something with them.<\/strong><br>I just had bought a bunch of beautiful, juicy cherries - last week - and I asked you on IG stories what should I do with them. I don't have any other words to describe. Cause it's not!<br>In fact, it's a more <strong>rustic<\/strong> version of pies and crostata. That's why I like it, you don't have to be precise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making galettes is easy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You first have to make your crust: combine flour, sugar, cardamom, cold butter, egg, salt, baking powder and lemon zest (optional)<\/li><li>Pulse until you get a crumbly dough<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/how-to-make-galette-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/how-to-make-galette-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/how-to-make-galette-1-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/healthylittlecravings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/how-to-make-galette-1-768x614.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Now put the \"crumbles\" of dough on a piece of parchment paper, bring it together using your hands.
