The less, the better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of what they say about food labels on packaged products: the shorter, the better.<br>If something has a looong list of ingredients, well... better to avoid it.<br>Most of the times, those extra ingredients are unnecessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These <strong>no bake<\/strong> coconut balls with ricotta are literally one of the easiest snacks you can prepare (also amazing for kids!). It's made with <strong>4 simple<\/strong> <strong>ingredients<\/strong>: ricotta, coconut, raspberries (fresh or frozen) and chocolate chunks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Why healthy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, their sweetness comes from raspberries and chocolate chunks. I added no sugar, at all.<br>That's why it's really important to <strong>use a high quality ricotta<\/strong>. But I always try not to eat it frequently.<br>To make this recipe fully healthy, I felt it was not necessary at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will be honest, I\u2019m so proud of this recipe. Never took me this very little time to make a <strong>utterly healthy snack<\/strong>. As I mentioned above, it's only made 4 INGREDIENTS. Craaaaazy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will only need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Combine the ingredients <\/strong><br>Combine firm* fresh ricotta, sliced raspberries, coconut and chocolate chunks into a bowl.<\/li><li><strong>Form coconut balls<br><\/strong>Take an ice cream scoop and form your balls: I usually take a spoonful of mixture, then divide it in two. NO room temperature!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much do they last?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>They last one or two days, maximum, into the fridge (if stored well).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I freeze them?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No. These are meant to be made and eat right away or the day after.
