That is very important in order not to make it stick to the pan.<br>I use a silicon spatula for this purpose.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Optional step: <strong>CARAMELIZED apples<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>In a small pan, combine maple syrup, chopped apples and a pinch of cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and let caramelize (keep stirring).<br><br>If you do this, <strong>don't add extra maple syrup<\/strong> <strong>TO<\/strong> the oatmeal, just use it to caramelize the fruit. As I just mentioned, I store my apple oatmeal (and not only this) into a jar, then in the morning I heat it into a pan or - even quicker - into the microwave! <br>Healthy and nutritious breakfast in literally a few seconds!
