Non fraintendermi, mangiavo abbastanza sano anche prima di mettermici davvero d'impegno. Quando poi ho scoperto tutte queste alternative sane, sono impazzita.<\/p>\n Pancakes.\n<p>Come fanno ad esistere dei pancakes due ingredienti? Per di pi\u00f9 senza glutine, senza lattosio, senza n\u00e9 grassi\u00a0n\u00e9 zuccheri aggiunti. Sono i pancakes pi\u00f9 semplici e veloci che esistono.\u00a0Non li ho certamente inventati io, come puoi immaginare. Ma sono stati una rivelazione.<\/p>\n<p>Sono molto nutrienti\u00a0- hanno due uova e una banana - e perfetti per chi segue determinati regimi -\u00a0grazie alle proteine e la\u00a0bassa quantit\u00e0 dei grassi (solo quelli delle uova).<br \/>\nCosa pi\u00f9 importante: sono deliziosi.<\/p>\n<p>Piccolo consiglio: utilizza una banana molto matura, i pancakes due ingredienti verranno naturalmente dolcissimi!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><strong>Ingredienti: (per\u00a0due persone)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Una banana<\/li>\n<li>Due uova<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Procedimento:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Scalda una padella antiaderente. Nel frattempo, sbatti leggermente le uova in una ciotola. Schiaccia bene una banana fino a ridurla in polpa, poi aggiungila alle uova sbattute.<\/p>\n<p>A questo punto, se si desidera \"complicare\" le cose, si possono anche aggiungere altri ingredienti: poca farina di cocco o di mandorle, gocce di cioccolato, frutta congelata, granella di nocciole...<br \/>\nOppure puoi decidere di mettere questi ingredienti dopo come decorazione.<\/p>\n<p>Io ho optato per la seconda e ho mangiato i miei pancakes due ingredienti con mirtilli congelati.<\/p>\n<p>Cuoci le\u00a0frittatine su entrambi i lati. Capirai di doverle girare quando, con la paletta, riuscirai\u00a0a staccarle e sollevarle bene. Se non hai una buona padella, ungila con un goccio di olio. Dovranno essere belli dorati.<\/p>\n<p>Dovr\u00f2 provare sicuramente a farcirli con la mia Nutella fatta in casa! Quale miglior occasione?<br \/>\nPuoi anche \u00a0mangiarli con il pi\u00f9 classico sciroppo d'acero canadese (io prendo sempre questo) oppure con il peanut butter.<\/p>\n<p>Ho convinto il mio ragazzo a farli in alternativa alla solita colazione: super APPROVATI! Il suo commento: <em>bananosi e buoni!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>E' una colazione velocissima da fare. Ormai la mia filosofia \u00e8 quella. D'altronde anche io sono una ragazza con una sua vita, che la mattina deve\u00a0lavorare. Spesso scelgo di preparare la mia colazione la sera, questi pancakes due ingredienti si possono anche congelare.
