If it's not yours, I bet it will become, after you will have tried these delicious <strong>apple loaf cakes<\/strong> with cardamom and vanilla. Extremely easy and it doesn't take too much time to make. The perfect breakfast for those lazy Fall days! Final touch? Thinly sliced apple on top of each mini cake.<br>I love their delicate flavour so much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make them, follow the classic \"wet to dry ingredients\" method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Combine wet<\/strong><br>First mix lemon juice and milk.<br>In another bowl, combine sugar and oil (it won't whip like butter and sugar, so no worries if they don't  look fluffy), then add eggs, milk and vanilla paste. Stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combine dry<br><\/strong>Into another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and cardamom. Roughly stir with a fork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add wet to dry<br><\/strong>Incorporating wet ingredients to the dry ones allows you to <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">avoid<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">clumps<\/span><\/strong>.<br>Mix.<br>Final touch: add sliced apples on top.<br>Choose your favorite apples! No matter if they're slightly tangy (we're going to add some syrup on top).<br>If you don't know what to pick, choose Golden Delicious.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bake!<\/strong><br>I'va baked these for 25 minutes then brushed with some syrup (directions below), and baked for 5 more minutes.
