Why? Well, snacking can trick us &#x1f648; sometimes we eat food that it's simply \"too much\" to just keep hunger at bay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, I'm always looking for a light, healthy and nutritious alternative.<br>Which satisfies me but doesn't fill me completely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Greek yogurt popsicles with apricots and strawberries are just <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">perfect<\/span><\/strong> for that reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They're only made with 4 ingredients (5 if you include vanilla extract) and they're as simple as delicious. You only have to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Grill<\/strong> your apricots halves (grilling gives an extra touch);<\/li><li><strong>Defrost<\/strong> strawberries with honey until it becomes a sort of jam;<\/li><li><strong>Blend<\/strong> yogurt, vanilla, honey and apricots;<\/li><li><strong>Layer<\/strong> the apricot mixture and strawberry \"jam\";<\/li><li><strong>Freeze<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Done. Can I avoid grilling apricots?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When I say these yogurt popsicles are healthy and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">light<\/span>, I mean it.<br>Take a look at the nutrition facts: <strong>they only have 70 calories each <\/strong>(I'm not a fan of counting calories though)<strong>, with 2 gr of fats, 9 gr of carbohydrates (sugars), 4 gr of protein.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Yogurt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case I've used plain full fat Greek yogurt, but you can use non-fat one or regular yogurt.<br>You can also try flavored yogurt but they're usually high in sugars already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Fruit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe calls for apricots (which I grilled) and strawberries, but you can use other fruit.<br>For example, try to <strong>swap apricots for peaches<\/strong> (grilled peaches are AMAZING) or strawberries for raspberries (whatever is in season).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANT: in this recipe, if you want some really good popsicles you <strong>NEED<\/strong> <strong>quality fruit<\/strong>. If it's smaller, your popsicles will be more than 7 (<em>duh<\/em>)<br>If you are obsessed with pretty things like I am, you can buy mine on Amazon (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3i1st5E\" rel=\"nofollow\">HERE<\/a><\/strong>).<br>Mine was the blue-white one, but the colorful one is cheaper right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I like this mold but sometimes the popsicles are not that easy to pull out. I recommend taking them out of the freezer about 15-20 minutes before serving.
