Why?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First reason-not-reason: basically, my whole blog is based on easy, doable, \"foolproof\" recipes. And this is no exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second: this asparagus quiche recipe is long (takes 1 hour and 20 minutes), but it's not complicated.<br>In fact, you only have to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Blind bake the crust<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Make the filling (takes 2 minutes - 10 if you also want to cook asparagus)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Bake quiche<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yep. That's all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first time I tested it, it took me a bit more just because I made my own shortcrust pastry <strong>from scratch<\/strong> (I followed <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sister-mag.com\/en\/downloads-multimedia\/recipes\/quiche-recipes\/\">this<\/a><\/span><\/strong> recipe).<br>The second time instead I wanted to test a <strong>store-bought crust<\/strong> version.
