HOW TO MAKE BANANA SMOOTHIE | CAPPUCCINO FLAVORED | HEALTHY

In this post you will find all the details on how to make banana smoothie, cappuccino flavored.

Nope, I don't have that creative block anymore (at least now). Do you remember last time, on my Black tahini cookies' post, I told you about the blank page "syndrome"? Yeah, well, I faced it and now I'm here.
Oh, by the way, people went craaaaazyy for my black tahini cookies! Serena, Gabriella and Giulia told me they are so addictive!
If you don't believe me or them, go and make 'em! Promise, they're amazing.

I'm here, sat in front of my desk at my boyfriend's place (soon also mine), with a warm soy cappuccino...and I write.
I write because I really feel the need to write, because I want to tell you so many things.
First thing first: I started Sarah’s, Broma Bakery, Food Photography course and I am freaking ex-ci-ted!!!
Also, today we will attend our second online lesson. Can’t wait.

Regarding other posts I wanted to write: I need to tell you about things I’m learning at the moment in my life, about all the books I’m reading and podcasts I am listening to, and finally I absolutely want to examine in depth one topic: resilience.
Wait I’m gonna write all these ideas in another document. Wait wait!

    …

    Here I am again.
So, as I mentioned: my head is an ocean of ideas right now.
This food photography course with Sarah is really giving me confidence and many notions already.
I’ve invested my money and I couldn’t be gladder. I am sure I will learn so much stuff and I will share it with you all.
Oh by the way, you know what? I wanted to make a dedicated area, here on my website, on Food photography. What do you think? Could it be useful?

    Food Photography Career

To me, food photography is definitely not just an hobby, you might have got it.
It’s obvious now that I want to make a career out of it.

When I started my website back in 2016, I didn't know which path it would have taken. And I didn't know my path.
During these two years I've learned so many things. Among these: do not wait for the right moment – spoiler: it never comes – and always start with a precise plan.
Long story short: if I could go back in time, I would immediately invest in food photography and...I would build a business plan ('cause are numbers are everything).

Now, what I want to tell YOU: if there's a dream that you set aside and/or you hid, start thinking of it as if it is a living thing. You set it there, where no one can see it. Almost like it is grounded.
The time to make it SHINE is now. You have to nourish it and give it love!

    Share your dreams with me!

    how to make banana smoothie

    Ingredients: (for one cappuccino smoothie)
    • Banana, one
    • Milk or plant milk, 160 gr
    • Kale, one leaf (25 gr)
    • Flaxseeds, one tablespoon
    • Cocoa powder, approximately two teaspoons
    • Ground espresso (or instant espresso powder), one level teaspoon
    • VIVANI Cappuccino chocolate, 15 gr
    How to:

Peel the banana and cut it into slices, then blend it together with the kale leaf (approximately 25 gr) and milk or plant milk like soy or almonds’, for a few seconds. Add flax seeds, a pinch of ground espresso, cocoa powder and ultimately a piece of VIVANI cappuccino chocolate (approximately 15/20 gr) to sweeten without adding any other sweetener (feel free to make adjustments based on your taste). Blend again until nice and smooth.

    Tips:

To make it richer add some coconut oil (it will change the flavor a bit) or half an avocado.
To make the most of this smoothie:

    • add more kale or spinach
    • add even more superfoods (like chia seeds, nuts, berries…)

To make it crunchier top the banana smoothie with some cocoa nibs

    To make it less thick:

    • add some more milk/plant milk

To make it super yummy (but with more sugar):

    • melt some cappuccino chocolate and put it onto the smoothie

This post is sponsored by Vivani Chocolate, but all opinions are 100% my own.
