Ingredients: (for two toasts)
- Fresh ricotta cheese, to taste
- Fresh figs, four
- Whole wheat bread, two slices
- Honey, almonds, seeds and cocoa nibs, for a sweet version
Toast your bread on a iron grill pan. When it’s golden brown, top your toasts with ricotta cheese and organic figs (these were gifted me by my grandma!).
For a sweet version: add sliced almonds, honey, cocoa nibs, seeds…
For a savory one: sprinkle some rosemary on them.
