Ingredients
To make Pico de gallo:
2
Tomato
4
Green onion
a
handful
Parsley
or cilantro
The juice of one lime
Salt
a
piece
Chili pepper (to make my version)
or jalapeño pepper
To make guacamole:
1
Ripe avocado
(not over-ripe)
2
tablespoons
Lime juice
2
Green onion
Salt
a
pinch
Garlic powder
Instructions
To make Pico de gallo:
Chop all the veggies and put them into a bowl.
Sprinkle some parsley and drizzle the juice of one lime on top.
Give it a stir and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to make the flavors know each other.
To make guacamole:
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and scoop it into a bowl. Smash it but keep it slightly chunky.
Finely chop 2 green onions and add it to the smashed avocado.
Add salt, garlic powder to taste and lime juice.
Serve with homemade corn tortilla chips.
